Specific stock allows you to note your stock according to specifications.

Standard stock has a single count; i.e., if you have any specifications, they aren't relevant for the stock count; you can easily adjust the product. Specific stock however is based on one specification's options: for different color varieties, you could have five yellow, two blue and no reds in stock. Specific stock allows this.

Using Specific Stock

[note]Warning: Do not turn specific stock on for each specification. Only the last specification with the stock turned on will be used, and this might lead to some unexpected behavior.[/note]

On each specification, you have a checkbox saying "Specific Stock". When you turn it on for a single specification, you item will automatically be using specific stock rather than single stock. Single stock-related inputs will be hidden.

On each option of the specific stock specification, you can now enter the amount of that kind you have in stock.
