You can publish your homebrews, RPG resources, or fantasy lore of all kinds for free on the digital library. There are no restrictions on your content beyond our community guidelines, and all published items remain fully in your ownership. See the Publishing Guidelines for more information.

Where to Publish?

The product publishing page can be found from your partnership page on, which in turn can be accessed from your account page. Alternatively, you can follow the "Publish" prompt on the digital library homepage.

How to Publish a Product

oops Once you've navigated to the publishing page, you'll find an interface similar to the image on the right. It requires at least four pieces of input, all of which can be edited afterwards.

Image. Required Anything you think will look cool that you're allowed to use. Only jpg or png.
Title. Required A cool name. Please make sure this follows the publication guidelines. Short Title. Required This will be displayed on thumbnails, crumbs and other places. Description. Required A vivid tale of the mystical secrets wrought upon the reader by your magnificent module. Meta. Required Select the genre of product you're publishing. Modules are PDF document resources, tools are hyperlinks to digital resources, art are images, and audio are music. Additionally, you can specify subgenres. Game System. Optional For the module genre, you can additionally set the game system of your product, if applicable. Search Keywords. Optional Additional keywords that, besides the titles, will show your results. Suggest Support Payments. Optional If you feel like it, you can allow users to send you support payments. Product Format. Optional You can give users information about the files they download. File. Required Depending on your selected genre, you'll have to upload a .pdf, paste a hyperlink, upload an image... Since this is the real product, make sure that it, especially, follows the publication Guidelines.

Limiting Product Accessibility

Commonly, if you don't want your product to appear on public searches - perhaps because you've found an error in your product, and want to fix it before making it public again - is to pause the product. To do so, scroll to the bottom of the product's page, and toggle the status. More info

Note the product is just removed from browse results; it can still be accessed and downloaded through direct links.

Deleting Products

If you wish to permanently remove a product from the Many Isles, you can delete it. Scroll to the bottom of you product's page, and click "Delete".

This is a single-click action, and your product will be permanently deleted: both the database entry and its files. This action cannot be undone.
