It is possible to set your products' status. By default, when you publish a new product, it's active.

Active Products

Active products are freely accesible on the digital library. It will show up on searches, and can be normally downloaded.

Suspended Products

Suspended products do not show up on searches and products suggestions. They are however still accessible through direct links, can be downloaded, and can be supported.

It is impossible to completely hide a product beyond deleting it.

Deleted Products

When you delete a product, its file and image are immediately removed. However, the database entry is kept for future documentation, legal purposes, and perhaps to help you restore an accidentaly deleted product. These entries should not show up anywhere in the digital library or in the publishing pages, and cannot be downloaded or supported.
